Shipping policy

Shipping Costs

Within Germany we charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90 per order.

Orders of €50.00 or more ship free of charge.

All prices include statutory VAT.

Delivery Time

Every product is made to order in our workshop in Hamburg. Processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes a further 2 to 4 business days.

Total delivery time is therefore typically 3 to 7 business days from receipt of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

SLOY is a small studio. During periods when we cannot ship — for example holidays, trade fairs or public holidays — we display a clearly visible notice in the shop before you place your order, stating the expected dispatch date. The period stated there then applies instead of the delivery time given above.

Should dispatch be delayed beyond this in an individual case, we will inform you promptly by email. You are of course entitled to withdraw from the contract in that case; any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within Germany only.

Carrier

We ship with DHL. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email.

Packaging

We ship plastic-free and use recycled and recyclable packaging materials.

Transport Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at hello@sloy.studio. This does not limit your statutory rights, but helps us pursue the claim with the carrier.
