Legal Bases for Processing
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR β consent, e.g. for the newsletter or non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

Recipients and Processors
- Shopify International Ltd., Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1β2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland β operation of the online store, hosting, checkout. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
- DHL / Deutsche Post AG β shipping and delivery. For this purpose we transmit your name and delivery address, and where required your email address or phone number for delivery notifications.
- Payment providers β depending on the payment method chosen, e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment data is processed directly by the respective provider; we do not receive complete payment details.
- Tax advisors and accounting β within the scope of statutory retention and documentation obligations.
Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the store, for example to store the shopping cart and language setting. The legal basis is Section 25(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Non-essential cookies are only used with your consent.
Retention Period
